Our Workforce Solutions teams are strategically located at all 16 KCTCS colleges, so they know your community and understand your challenges. Each team is made up of experienced professionals who will work with you to design customized programs or services that best meet your company’s specific needs. Our partnership with you begins with a free consultation to determine your workforce development priorities. Next, our experts will:

Affordability
Through funding opportunities supported by the Kentucky legislature, we are able to offset the cost of your training by 75%. Companies are eligible to receive an annual investment of $225,000 in their total project cost through our TRAINS fund. In partnering with us – you can stretch your training and development budget – broadening and deepening the skills of your workforce, and increasing the number of employees or new hires that you can train!
