“We have experienced a more skilled workforce, increased employee retention, improved employee morale, improved engagement from candidates, and most of all the ability to give team members the opportunity to network with peers across the organization from different locations, job roles, functional areas, & cultures… The private sector cannot flourish when there isn’t a skilled workforce to sustain it. By investing in the skill development of citizens of this community, INOAC and Elizabethtown Community and Technical College are investing in the success of the community and creating opportunities for the potential [graduates].”
– Kimberly J. Rulo, Vice President, North America Human Resources for INOAC USA
